I see a long thread regarding Otos, but I never heard of them. Are they a
fish? Do they need a heated tank or can they handle colder water? How big do
they get? are they aggressive?

thanks,
Paul

They are catfish.

Go to www.aquariacentral.com and under freshwater catfish, check out
all the fish with "Otocinclus" in the name. There's a bunch of them.

Almost all of them have different water requirements.

Hi Paul . . . :)

You can check out the following site dedicated to Otos:

http://otocinclus.com/

Otos are great little fish IMO . . . if you're interested in them and can
provide the environment they need . . . I wouldn't hesitate! ;)
